To mark our newly formed Asia Pacific region, HKA arranged a launch reception with a spectacular view overlooking Singapore’s signature city skyline and the iconic Marina Bay Sands.

Members of the Asia Pacific Executive team comprising Regional CEO Benjamin Highfield and three of the service line leads, Shamila Neelakandan, Dr. Kourosh Kayvani and Jonathan Humphrey, were joined by colleagues and guests from Singapore and beyond.

Welcoming the guests to the reception, Benjamin said, “Thank you all for joining us in our celebration. HKA is beyond honoured to have your unwavering support. I am also grateful to have some of our leading experts present, including Commercial Damages Expert Jonathan Humphrey, Engineering Expert Dr. Kourosh Kayvani, Hong Kong-based Quantum Expert Scott Ramsden, and London-based Quantum Experts Franco Mastandrea and Sue Kim. We are very proud of their achievements and what they have done to help our clients attain the best possible outcome.”

Both Jonathan Humphrey and Franco Mastandrea have recently been recognised as Who’s Who Legal Global Elite Thought Leaders in their respective fields.

HKA’s 150-people strong team of construction and commercial damages experts and infrastructure advisory consultants is growing into a regional force and moving to the very forefront of providing dispute resolution and advisory services to their clients across Asia Pacific.

Reflecting on the reception, Benjamin shared, “We launched the Asia Pacific region a few weeks back, and we were privileged to celebrate the occasion in the presence of our esteemed clients, partners and colleagues. We thank and appreciate our clients and partners for their trust and loyalty through the years, and we are excited for what’s to come. Looking back on our over 40 years of history in Asia Pacific, we realise just how rich our legacy is. We have ambitious plans for the region, and we are just getting started.”
