HKA is excited to be sponsoring the 2022 ACI-NA/ACC/AGC Airport Construction Strategy Summit on May 10 and 11 in Orlando. Held by the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), the Airport Consultants Council (ACC), and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), the Summit will provide airport construction professionals, capital program managers, and risk managers with practical and actionable information on how to improve capital project delivery and manage construction and project delivery risks.
The theme of the 2022 Airport Construction Strategy Summit is “Designing and Delivering a Better Airport Future.” The program will feature many airports that have recently or are currently managing large capital improvement programs. Professionals interested in learning about aviation trends or meeting industry leaders are encouraged to attend.
HKA Partner, John Paolin, will be acting as the moderator for a panel on Collaborative Risk Sharing. The panelists include Ronald Ciotti, Partner at Hinckley Allen, John Harris, Senior Vice President, Florida Business Unit Leader with Balfour Beatty and Judi Mosqueda, Director of Project Management, Planning, Design & Construction, San Francisco International Airport.
Several other panel discussions will also be held during the two-day event. Topics include aligning procurement processes with project delivery methods, building project delivery teams, managing the design process, applying modular construction methods, and getting the best value in project delivery. Multiple networking events will also be offered.
