This webinar is brought to you in collaboration with the EIC and Addleshaw Goddard who will present the previous causation of disputes on oil and gas projects in a low oil price market.

This data will be compared to what we are seeing in the current oil and gas market given the dual impact of the low oil price and COVID-19. The webinar will also cover suggested courses of action to avoid these causes of disputes and how to manage such disputes if they arise, both from a contractual and legal perspective.

The audience will also have the opportunity to present questions to the speakers.
