HKA is excited to announce that HKA Partner Dave Duffus is speaking at multiple sessions of the AICPA & CIMA Expert Witness Skills Workshop co-sponsored by CPA. The multi-day workshop agenda offers sessions for both Economic Damages and Business Valuation Workgroups.
Prior to the in-person event, Dave is presenting during the Pre-Workshop Webcast: Overview of Expert Reports, Deposition, and Trial on October 26, 12:00–3:00 pm PT, and participating in the Economic Damages Case Study Workgroup and Meet & Greet (virtual session) on November 1, 1:00–3:00 pm PT. Once the three-day conference kicks off in Las Vegas on November 14, Dave is helping lead a mock trial for those participating in the Economic Damages Workgroup.
With a nearly 1:1 student-to faculty ratio, the workshop is an ideal environment for participants to practice their presentation and communication skills with seasoned practitioners serving as expert witnesses, lawyers, and judges.
