HKA Partner, Franco Mastrandrea, is one of the panellists in the session ‘prospective vs. retrospective assessments under construction contracts’ at the 7th Biennial Conference on Construction Projects from Conception to Completion, to be held in Berlin from the 31 October – 2 November 2019.

The conference is co-presented by the IBA International Construction Projects Committee of the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law Section (SEERIL) and the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum.
