Virginia Bar Association 129th Annual Meeting

HKA is delighted to be taking part in the Virginia Bar Association’s (VBA) 129th Annual Meeting, where Director Wayne DeFlaminis will be speaking.

Extract from VBA Last year, more than 300 interested attorneys, presenters and exhibitors took part in the VBA’s Annual Meeting, traditionally the largest event of the year for the association. This year, there are several exciting opportunities, including two general sessions among 14 CLE programs, a spouse/guest program featuring coffee tastings and treats, VBA and YLD awards, and the Annual Business Meeting with its presentation of new officers and board members. Wayne DeFlaminis will be speaking on a panel Wayne will participate in a moderated panel discussion where the focus will be delay analyses as related to delay, disruption, and inefficiency claims.

About our Speaker

Wayne is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of construction industry experience. He has been appointed as expert in matters of delay and quantum on 15 occasions. Wayne’s project experience includes military bases and government facilities, nuclear facilities, oil production and processing plants, mass transit systems, roadways and bridges, hotels and condominiums, higher education institutions, commercial real estate transactions, and IT implementation projects. He has worked in the Bahamas, Canada, Chile, Qatar, and across the USA.
