HKA is delighted to collaborate with the CIArb Scottish Branch and Shepherd & Wedderburn to deliver this presentation.

Introduction

Extract from CIArb The analysis of delay that produces additional time on a project can often be seen as a major milestone in showing that money is due. However, the reality is often that when time entitlement is established, even if not disputed by the other party, you must still show that money flows from the delay. In this presentation Karen Best will cover delay analysis techniques and programming, followed by Andrew Drennan who will show how time is turned into money.
