HKA is pleased to announce that Partner Juli Saitz is a guest speaker at the 2023 AGMA Americas Winter Conference in Mountain View, California. This year’s in-person conference is being held on March 1 and 2 on Microsoft’s Silicon Valley Campus.
On March 1, Juli and Milton Springut, Partner, Moses & Singer, are co-presenting “Making Trademark and Copyright Litigation Pay for Itself: Proving and Obtaining Monetary Relief.” The two experts will discuss the various types of damage remedies available for copyright and trademark infringement, how experts calculate damages, relevant case law, and the largest trademark awards in recent history. That same day, additional presentations will be given by AGMA members and other subject matter experts, with an AGMA Members Dinner being offered immediately afterward. On the morning of March 2, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT, the conference will feature several AGMA Round Table Discussions.

Juli Saitz is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 25 years of experience. She has been appointed as an expert in matters of forensic accounting on more than 20 occasions.
Juli has testified in both litigation and arbitration for disputed values in excess of $100M. She has served as an expert in matters involving business divorces; shareholder disputes; fraud claims; breach of contract matters; patent, trademark, and copyright infringement; and royalty disputes.
Juli has a background in commercial disputes and financial consulting services related to financial analysis, investigations, and damage analysis. She is experienced across a range of industries, including entertainment, real estate, hospitality, food and beverage, consumer products, financial services, and manufacturing.
Juli’s expertise includes strategic review, financial analysis, profit calculations, cost claims, incremental profit analysis, licensing and royalty determinations, manufacturing and marketing capacity, fixed and variable cost analysis, allocation of costs, evaluation of forecasts and projects, and fiduciary oversight. She has supported stakeholders, senior executive teams, and boards of directors.
