AAA-ICDR International Arbitration & Mediation Conference

HKA’s Michael Cuevas and Carlos Turizo look forward to exploring the latest developments, innovation, and conflict management options for today’s complex global commercial transactions at the American Arbitration Association (AAA)–International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) International Arbitration and Mediation Conference in Bogota, Colombia, on October 19.  

The conference includes a variety of sessions that examine trends and regional developments, innovation, and conflict management options in global infrastructure and construction arbitration. Additional panels will feature an ICSID report with discussions on investment arbitration and the evolving role and powers of the arbitrator in international arbitration.
