Michael McSorley is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 35 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industries.  He has a wealth of commercial, contractual and management experience specialising in the preparation/rebuttal, negotiation and settlement of quantum claims for disruption, acceleration and prolongation gained from working on complex buildings, infrastructure, oil and gas, power generation, process engineering, tunnelling/mining projects in Austria, Germany, Jordan, Kuwait, South Africa, South Korea, Syria, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

His extensive portfolio includes some of the world’s most high-profile and prestigious oil and gas and power and utilities projects such as the world’s largest floating Central Processing Facility (CPF), the Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme Power Station in South Africa and the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, the UAE’s first nuclear power station. 

Reza Sabetnia is a Director with over a decade of civil engineering, construction management, project controls and claims consultancy experience in the engineering and construction industries. He has held a variety of construction positions with contractors and consultants in Australia and the United Arab Emirates and has an impressive portfolio of projects spanning buildings, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, and power sectors throughout North Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Reza specialises in claim management and dispute resolution process and more specifically in the delay and disruption analysis and resolution of claims on major, complex engineering and construction projects, including multi-billion-dollar megaprojects in the Gulf region.
