This event is organised in partnership with The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London and European Arbitration Association. It is a hybrid event, being held in person in London and online.
The world is facing volatile times on many fronts. International commerce and dispute resolution are not alien to this. Led by pre-eminent experts in arbitration, this conference focuses on some of the most critical effects produced by the current crises on international arbitration: The rise in insolvent parties; the significant role of insurance arbitration; and the latest development on damages claims.
