HKA Partner John Levitske is co-chair of Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA)’s Expert Witness Summit 2023. The virtual conference being held via Zoom on October 9 and focuses on expert witness fundamentals. It is open to FEWA members and non-members.
In addition, John is moderating three educational programs:
- 10:30 AM –11:20 AM CT: Differences Between a Consulting Expert and a Testifying Witness
- 11:30 AM–12:20 PM CT: Areas of Protecting Yourself/How to Make Yourself a Defensible Expert Witness
- 12:30 PM–1:20 PM CT: Engagement Agreements for Expert Witnesses
