HKA Partner Greg Bingham is co-presenting The Masters Institute in Construction Contracting, alongside James Newland, Partner at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, and Chad Theriot, Partner at Jones Walker, LLP, on July 25–27. Greg’s focus will be on construction claims quantum, cost accounting, regulatory and oversight issues encountered on construction contracts with federal funding. Tom Reynolds, HKA Partner, and Jim Thomas, HKA Partner and Global Sector Lead – Aerospace and Defense, as well as Steven Knight, Member of Smith Pachter McWhorter PLC, and John C. Shire, Director of Redstone Government Consulting, Inc., are co-presenting The Masters Institute in Government Contract Costs on July 26–28. Both programs are eligible for CPE, CLP, and CLE credit.

Now in its 31st year, the weeklong event will include a variety of courses taught by nationally recognized experts in government contracting. This year’s course schedule features basic, advanced, and master-level content that explores crucial government contracting regulations. Attendees can expect five concentrated days of intensive training, lunch and learn presentations given by leaders in the government contracting industry, and multiple networking receptions.
