HKA is excited to participate in the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA’s) World Congress 2022 being held July 17–20 in Chicago. Greg Bingham, Partner and Co-Lead of the Government Contracts Group, and Kim Reome, Partner and Central Region Lead, are presenting on Wednesday, July 20, from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. CDT. Their session, “Program Management: Collaborating to Keep Scopes, Schedules, and Budgets on Track,” focuses on specific processes program managers and contract managers can use to jointly monitor contract performance. This session also includes discussion on managing subcontractor costs and ensuring the subcontractor has the processes, personnel, systems, and organizational structure in place to monitor performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
The agenda for World Congress 2022 outlines a variety of training opportunities and presentations, a free career fair, several receptions, a keynote address, and optional group social outings. This year’s conference is a hybrid experience, combining the traditional in-person conference with a virtual component.
