Oversight of Subcontractors by Prime Contractors

The panel will discuss issues relating to oversight of subcontractors by prime contractors, including verification of the subcontractor proposals, invoices, and the like; disputes with subcontractors, including sponsored claims; and responsibilities of primes with regard to adverse audit findings or credible evidence of fraud at subcontractors.
