Pakistan International Disputes Weekend 2023

HKA is pleased to be a supporting organisation of Pakistan International Disputes Weekend 2023, with HKA’s Nasir Khan MBE as a panel speaker on day 2.

Pakistan International Disputes Weekend 2023, is an international conference co-organized by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Pakistan Branch and MK Consultus LLP at Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore on 20th – 21st of May.

The first day, 20th May includes panel discussions with a brilliant line up of speakers primarily ranging from Judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Judges from the High Court of all four provinces, representatives of international ADR Centers, such as Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Tashkent International Arbitration Centre, Legal Practitioners from the Legal 500 firms in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, Attorney General of Pakistan, members of the Construction, Power and Energy Sectors.

The second day, 21st May is a historically defining moment in Pakistan as a new Domestic Arbitration Act 2023 and the Young Members Group for CIArb Pakistan is launched.
